My husband wanted brown socks to wear with khaki pants, and brown is hard color to find. I don't like to buy three pairs together where each pair is different. I like to buy multiple pairs of the exact same socks, which makes it easier to match after laundering. So finding 12 pairs exactly alike was perfect for me (and he likes them, too). This should last both of us a good while.

The gold toe bamboo socks are wonderful, fit my husbands feet and he has large feet. The socks are so soft and launder beautifully. He loves them.

I feel that the picture shown on socks 2226S on the shoebuy site is deceiving and also the socks are promoted as non binding. In viewing the picture I purchased the socks believing that the tops were loose, however, after receiving my shipment I find that they have a firm top (not how the picture is represented) which is very unsuitable for someone who has varicose veins.
