These cute shoes are a new take on the Mary-Jane style with an adjustable closure. Fit: This style tends to run small. For an accurate fit we recommend purchasing a 1/2 size larger than you typically purchase. For example, if you normally purchase a size 7, we recommend purchasing a size 7 1/2.

I have about 10 pair of Finn Comfort shoes. The Canberra fit and felt fine, but a bulge was created when the strap was secured where the velcro part of the strap was stitched to the leather part of the strap and I tried to velcro the shoe closed. No matter how I tried to tighten or loosen the strap, it still looked bulky on the inner edge of the outside close to where the strap and velcro were stitched together, so I ended up returning the shoe. Too bad, because if it was not for the bulkiness of the strap problem, I would have kept this shoe. Maybe it was just the width of my foot that caused this problem.

I practically live in Finn Comfort shoes but was a little disappointed with this pair. When I adjust the straps tight enough, the light leather shows where the strap bends on the outside. Also, the inside of the shoe often shows due to how low cut the sides are.

I bought this shoe to wear for work, business casual, with a bit of style that would hold my orthotics. It's cute and solidly made, but didn't fit my foot. It pushed my big toe into the front, and wore red spots on the top of my foot, and the outer side of each external toe (big and small). I have "almost" a narrow heel, and my foot just slid too far forward to be comfortable. I was wearing custom orthodics in the shoes, and while they fit just fine in the shoe, they may be the cause of the poor fit of the shoe to my foot. I don't know. My orthodics and my feet fit great in Finn Comfort slides and sandals though, which is why I bought this shoe in the first place.
Wears this shoe: at work, walking a total of about 2 miles over 8 hrs

This shoe is worth every penny. It instantly helped with my plantar fasciitis, and achiles tendonitis as it has a slightly elevated heel and it has very good shock absorbing qualities. It's also cute and very versatile.I also have peripheral neuropathy and because the inside lining is so soft, I can even wear these barefoot. That's an incredible thing!You can't go wrong with these shoes unless you order your size. Order a size smaller.
